We actually have the winning record in the season series 2-1 to the Pens 1-1-1. Not that that stands for much in the playoffs mind you but it does tell us that even with the Pens huge firepower, we can shut them down and beat them.

Looking to take at least one out of Pittsburgh in the first two games.

Heart and determination only goes so far. You have to play consistent hockey. I really like the system they are playing against the Pens. Its totally frustrating them and it creates mistakes and chances.

I think the sens were just happy to get their split in Pitts ... game 3 should be a hoot. I expect the sens to bounce back with a better game than this one ... we've seen them do it.

scoring 2 goals in 2 games, not good.

holding Pittsburgh to 2 goals in 2 games, pretty damn good.

All in all, pretty good. A split in Pittsburgh is a good way to start a series.

I think the Sens played really well defensively but their chances are too few and far between... They REALLY turned it up for the last few minutes last game and thats the kind of offense they need to beat the Penguins.
Pitt had control far too often and for too long though and it cost the W.

Game 3 in the books. I know it's Pittsburgh but I think they are done. They will muster up one more hail mary but you can see that bench is beyond frustrated with the Sens superior play.

I'm going tomorrow night. Wooo Whoo. Lets win Game 4 and put the squeeze on those Pengy Hacks.

That was frustrating to watch to say the least! Hopefully they show up for the full 60 minutes in the next game.

I don't understand Anderson, he plays solid then makes silly mistakes that make you think, wtf is he doing?!
