Approach the media for a plug?

Any thought given to sending an e-mail to one of the columnists that covers the Sens to try and get a bit of a plug for this site?  

It seems like anything related to the Sens is being written up.    It's a good angle, Sens fans starting a new site, big growth, lots of good info and kibitzing with the enemy.    I thind Chris Stevenson has a 'bits' section for small items that a mention of the site would work into well.

Why would any of the hacks in the Sun want to plug anything that could take away there readership?  Afterall, Garrioch, Stevenson, and Brennan are a bunch of jocksniffing buffoons who are an embarassment to the fine city of Ottawa.  

Better question yet is why would you want this place associated with them?

Ottawa has built an expansion hockey team into a championship calibre team, it is too bad that the sports media in this city is still expansion quality.

I have thought of that but I'm not going to allow my wallet to get any lighter (and its pretty light). We should call Dandy & Buzz or the 3 guys and at the end of the call plug this site. I guarantee we'll get an extra 200 posters within 24 hours. The caller would be hero in my books.
