When Phillips comes back...
« on: April 17, 2006, 03:59:53 PM »
...dress Schubert as a forward. Schubert is a very physical and, as a natural defencemen is a defensive minded forward. I think him, Kelly and Vermette (A defenceman and our 2 best PKers) would make a great checking line. And, it never hurts to have an extra defenceman. If not for the whole Playoffs atleast the first game Phillips is back incase he aggrivates it.

Thats very very easy, you scratch Varada, most useless player on the team, More so than Arnason.
its about skill, grit, determination and goaltending but most of all its about heart.

But to bring Shubbert as a forward, you must also bench Arnason...

With the amount of options the sens have, I dont envy murray at all right now.
So stand in the rain; stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
Stand through the pain; you won't drown
and one day whats lost can be found
You stand in the rain.

bench arnason, you mean like he has been and is?  I bet we haven't seen the last of arnie though, I bet we'll see him sometime during the playoffs, where he'll hopefully give an all out effort.  This is a player that should be coming in his own, he's not that young anymore so I'll be looking for good things in the future from him.

It looks like Murray already has plans to bench Arnason, without even giving him a shot with Marty.
