Smyth's gonna resign with Edmonton I'm sure of it. And with Muckler sitting on his ass I doubt he'd be able to get him anyway. Torres sounds interesting although I haven't heard anything about that.

The Torres rumour to Ottawa has going around for the last month now.  Anything is possible.  Only another hour and a half for Mucks fill a need.

Well he's my suggestion because the Oil needs some serious D at the moment, and Schubie is pretty much just useful to us because he can play forward or D in case on injuries, but we picked up some decent D depth today in Nycholat, so in my mind Schubie is a decent form of trade bait. I like the guy too, but if we could use to snag a guy like Torres I'm all for it.
