Fundraising for Elgin-Alexander Fraser
« on: May 23, 2007, 02:32:42 PM »

I’m sure we’ve all heard about Elgin-Alexander Fraser’s moving story by now. Here at SensNetwork.com we want to help celebrate this young boy’s life. Unfortunately, the majority of us know someone who has been touched by cancer, some have been able to fight through it – others have not been as lucky. But we speak here today on behalf of a bright young boy, a boy named Elgin-Alexander Fraser. His motivation, his attitude, his strength has been an inspiration to so many and we want to give back.

A couple months ago, our very own poster,  volchossa (Ms. Lydia Picknell) took it upon herself to accept and promote donations on behalf of the Ottawa Senators Foundation and Rogers House, in the name of Elgin-Alexander Fraser and pass on what she is collecting to the Foundation.

We encourage SensNetwork.com members to give generously. Even if it’s just a small amount, every cent counts.

How to donate:

By Cheque
Make it out to: Ottawa Senators Foundation
Send it to: Ottawa Senators Foundation 1000 Palladium Drive Kanata, ON K2V 1A5
Please ensure that you write “Elgin-Alexander Fraser” in the note section.

By Credit Card
Follow this link  -  Ottawa Senators Foundation
Please type Elgin-Alexander Fraser in the "Special Instructions/Comments" box

The Ottawa Senators Foundation's Canadian charitable registration number is 88097 5065 RR 0001. Official tax receipts will be issued for donations of $25 and over. Read more about the donations policy here.

Thank you for your support and generosity.

Pronger's kids?

Google Elgin Alexander Fraser to get the full story or go to the home page of this site.
There are good coaches and there are bad coaches, the real question is "Do you want this person to be a role model to your kids for the next 6 months".  That's the question you have to ask yourself.

Yeah Chris Pronger "sponsors" a child in every NHL city, he got the idea from Ernie Mccrackin in "Kingpin."  I'm kinda surprised you didn't know about it.  Thanks for the clarification though.
