I believe too. I hope they play their hearts out tonight and not let Alfie down. He comes back injured to play so they better help him out a little tonight.

I hear ya, but not to beat a dead horse as this is in another thread, I was embarassed to be a Sens fan and I was sitting at home. I'm VERY glad I didn't go to the Red Zone to watch the game.

I believe only because it was 33 years ago that NYI came back from 0-3 to beat the Pens and it was 33 years before that the Leafs came back from 0-3. Good luck boys

A few years ago I was watching that Yankees v Red Sox series and it was 3-0 Yankees. I told my then girlfriend that I had a feeling the Sox could come back. And they did.

Anything can happen but only if the team is united. They do not look united, they don't sound united and Murray is using his last bit of bait---contracts---as incentive to battle tonight.

I believe they can get this series back to Ottawa.

Any chance kelly can return tonight? Then maybe we can squueze a win and get fisher back for game 5.

I mean everyone said kelly was the closest to returning yet here is alfredsson playing injured. Also like to throw the fact many players have played with a broken foot,including crosby. A stanley cup winning goal has even been scored by a guy with a broken foot. Why hasn't kelly played through it?

Everyone just watch the young guys like bass,foligno, and lee tonight. You might get a little excited at what they might bring to the table next year after a summer of building strength. Throw in the fact that with redden gone,and emery baught out, we'll have about 8.5 million there to spend...plus whoever else leaves us(richardsson,lapointe,robitaille,commodore...whoever). We have a core, we have solid young players, and we have the cap space to let murray form this team the way he really wants it. Regardless of what happens tonight, im excited about next year.

There are dozens of bones in the foot, and even more nerves. It depends on which bone was broken and how badly. I have no doubt that if Kelly was able to skate at even 60%, he'd be begging Murray to let him play. There are a few heartless wonders on this team, Kelly isn't one of them.

I believe in what our team is KNOWN they can do, and that we NEED to win. I've never been embarassed to say I'm a Senators fan, this just hasn't been our year! I HOPE we can pull off a good comeback, at least FIGHT for it!!!!!

Yup, it just hasn't been our year. It isn't over YET but I am confident that Murray can work his magic to ice a better team come the Fall.

With that said, there are 30 teams in the league and only 16 make it to the playoffs. Out of those 16 only 2 make the finals and only 1 wins. So with a 1 in 30 chance of winning the Stanley Cup, to call anyone chokers is just grasping at straws and reaks of trying to cover up the fact you are a pathetic hockey fan.

I believe it is the responsibilty of the hockey team to provide excellent entertaining hockey... and we have seen a ton of that in Ottawa.

Go play yer hearts out boys ... we'll all still be cheering at the end!!

We haven't see a whole lot of that this year. Take out our start and we were one of the worst teams in the league.

I am a Sens fan, but obviously, there is something serious that needs to be addressed over the summer.

Wow ... good thing you are not a Leaf fan ... if a few months of bad hockey in a decade where your team has made the playoffs every year makes you very upset ... you'd be really upset at MLSE
