Nice that there was a touch of sun during this miserable week of rain.

It's good to see all the former Senators at the wedding.  Too bad Brendan Bell couldn't afford a tux or something. smile  Was also nice that hockey greats like Bobby Orr were invited.

And damned near every pic has Spezza with that grin on.  Good for him.

So glad that the weather held, for the most part, for Jason and his bride along with all the other weddings yesterday here in town!  I knew of at least a half-dozen going on....a couple in our neighbourhood, for example....and after the horrendous amount of rain we had on Friday, I am sure quite a few brides and grooms were sighing a large sigh of relief that Mother Nature managed to NOT rain on their festivities yesterday. nod

He's Spezza agent, so... smile

True enough, I couldn't remember who his agent was.

I was very critical of Heatley for not attending Spezza's wedding (Congrats Spezz!) but I guess I am assuming that it was Heatley's choice to not come.  I could see Spezza asking Heatley not to come as well.  Either way this could've been avoided with a statement a month ago and because there wasn't one, Heatley had to miss an important moment in his friends life.

I was thinking the same thing.

Congrats to jason and his wife. Hope they have a long and happy life. I also feel extra sad for taylor pyatt.

His wedding may well make him a better hockey player. Not kidding, there's been a number of athletes (i'm thinking cricket specifically) where players who were a bit wild have got married, settled down and became better players. Hopefully that happens to spezza.

One of the comments said she used to serve beer and wings - I'm guessing Moxies?
