Since our season pretty much hangs on how he'll play, here's the poll.

Personally, I voted 'Solid'.  I think he's going to be fine.  Of course his ankles could blow up and then we're pretty much screwed.

Wow so far everyone voted ''solid''(including. I hope we are right. And if he gets injured we aren't screwed, thank God we got elliot. Elliot isn't bad and is capable of the starting duties this year.

So far he has been solid, but ...

How can we know if he's going to be Lalime 2.0?  He hasn't played any big games yet. Columbus was never in the playoffs while he was there and he sure hasn't played any big games in Ottawa yet.
I'll reserve judgment until I see him play a game seven against the Leafs in Toronto before I compare him to Lalime  ;)

We also have to wait and see if he makes it through the season before judging if he is just a solid addition to the IR squad.

But I have a good feeling about him. The nice save vs islanders. Looks like he has started making amazing saves from the beginning of the season

We don't know.  That's the point of the poll.  To prognosticate.  Not to wait for it to happen and then answer.

The chances of both the Sens and Leafs making the playoffs is slim to none. You'll have to come up with another way of measuring his performance.

To be honest, the playoffs are a LONG ways away.

Amen to that!  As I have said before, I am taking this season one game at a time.

While it's a long season, your chances of making the playoffs are significantly reduced simply when you loose 5 straight.

And considering the Leafs have probably been no more than 5 wins out of 8th the last few seasons, these losses almost make it inevitable.

IR the squad option wouldn't be a bad one either.

I remember Leclaire used to be a solid goaltender before his injury with the jackets. But now he is nothing close to being solid. I don't think he has had a solid game since his previous injury

You don't think he had any solid games earlier this season with the Sens?  I would disagree with you on that one.
