Yep...and he seems to really know what he can get out of his players.

BTW.....watched for you last night while watching the game but don't think I saw you!  Seemed like a rocking place to be!

I sit 3 rows behind the visitor bench, on the blue line.  There is a short cement wall right in front of me which allows for more leg room.  However, the camera is up behind us so we rarely make the "cut".

I didnt watch the game but i did check the score.  A 4-2 win is very nice for sure.  Hope they can pull it off and bring a cup back to town.

ONE MORE WIN BABY!!!!  (how do you spell the sound of me screaming?  :laugh2:

BRING HOME THE CUP
On a side note, I just read Cowen was hurt.  Kleinendorst called it a "vicious" hit and I missed it. Didn't even know he was hurt until just now. I'll have to watch a replay of the game and see what happened.  hmmmm

It was quite obvious, IMHO, insofar that the Sens were running around in their own zone a lot more in the last 2 periods. As for the hit, it's believed to be that elbow to the head by O'Sullivan that created the 4-on-4 in the first period. Cowen played a few more shifts afterwards, but did not come back out for the second period.

Well deserved win, the Sens were the better game for most of the game, though the Aeros had the edge in the 2nd period.  Sens overall speed is noticeably better.

I agree ^^.  Lehner had another solid outing between the posts.  I think he ended up with 41 saves and several I saw were well-screened but he stopped them by good positional play.  For a teenager (I don't think he's turned 20 yet), he's having a heckuva spring especially considering how few games he played over the course of the season.

C'MON GUYS!!  One more win to go!!!!!   :ccclapping:   :woohoo

Won't be playing again this season.  But he was one of the many who traveled with the team to Houston today.

That sucks.  From what I saw him he's looked incredible out there.  Maybe he suits up if there's a game 7.
There are good coaches and there are bad coaches, the real question is "Do you want this person to be a role model to your kids for the next 6 months".  That's the question you have to ask yourself.

I heard he has a concussion so I'm not counting on it.

I must admit - that WAS an inspired cheer from the B-town faithful....switching it up from the usual "HAAAAAAAAAK-ETT" chant the goalie might usually get.

Anybody know if Sportsnet is carrying the games from Houston?

Just can't do this the easy way.  Amazing win if they pull it off.

I read on Sunday that Sportsnet is carrying the games from Houston.

Or else, I dreamed that I did!   :smily677:
