Problems with the quote feature

Interesting seems like a conflict when the WYSIWYG Quick Reply is on the page and you invoke this behavior on some browsers.

As a quick fix can we change the default setting for all users to the Non-WYSIWYG standard?

The setting fixed the issue here as well.
