When Sens score, who's this guy??

I've noticed the past couple of years everytime the Sens score their first or second goal Sportsnet or CBC (as it was tonight) shows this guy celebrating. Does anybody know who he is???

On the Sportsnet games during the season, there are a couple of blonde kids who are shown pretty much every game at some point in the 100's. They are always in Sens jerseys and cheering madly. I figured - based on nothing - that they are the sons of a Sportsnet person and/or someone connected with the team since it pretty much was regular, game in and game out. :mrgreen:
