TSN is reporting the Senators have signed Joe Corvo for another round.

Now that I am older, I thought it was great that I seemed to have more patience.  Turns out I just don't give a damn.

I don't have an attitude...I have a personality you can't handle!

$900,000 for one year.   Maybe MacLean can cut down on the "uh-oh" Corvo moments.

When I first heard this I thought it was a joke, because it was my son who told me that Ottawa had just signed Corvo to a 1 year contract worth $7 million.  When he saw me clutching my chest, that was when he realized the error in what he said.

Realistically, 900k isn't too bad and it adds a veteran Dman in case Wiercioch and Gryba can't handle the 82 game schedule.  I suspect Corvo will be spending more time in the press box in the second half of the season then on the ice.
There are good coaches and there are bad coaches, the real question is "Do you want this person to be a role model to your kids for the next 6 months".  That's the question you have to ask yourself.

Go Sarnia Jr. Sting Minor Midget MD!!!!!

There's always injuries, so whoever is 7th and 8th will likely play 15+ games each. And at 900k, it's not a horrible signing by any means.
