He hasn't "totally sucked". There's a difference between "totally sucking" and "playing not so well". If he "totally sucked" our goals against wouldn't be as good as it is...

Oh, and I would personally like to congratulate on sens_fan_6's new avatar.

I had actually saved that pic to my hard-drive too in case I needed a change...but as you have it we can see even more Lalime avs. ;)

In fact, if I'm not mistaken, Patty is the player with most avs here ;)

Of course. Unless it's another goalie apart from Lalime that is... ;) Then the goalie can have SOME credit for it ;)

Thanks Jenn :)  Patrick Lalime is my favorite Senator. So just for a change, I decided to put an avatar of him.  :)

Now I'm mad, Jacques should have started Patrick Lalime tonight against a team like New Jersey. Prusek wasn't that bad, but he should have been sharp in the last two minutes.

LOL, yeah bring on Lalime.  It was definetely Prusek's fault... he allowed 2 very weak goals...

I was anxious about having Prusek in net tonight.

The time when he came out to play the puck half way up the zone with the NJ player right there...eeeeeeeeeeek.

The time he tumbled.....double eeeeeeeeeeek.

The wrap around - why was he standing still?

Anyway, he had a good stretch. But I think it's time to put Lalime back in for sure.

It's well-known that Prusek's absolutely brutal on wraparounds.

I hope Lalime can continue the somewhat hot goaltending streak.

I think Lalime should be pumped.

I'm concerned about all that weight he lost though.

Tonight the commentators were saying that he lost another 4lbs in practice on top of the 7lbs...unless I misheard. But he was on the bench tonight, so I'm sure he'll be good to go!

Oh no, I hope he lost muscle, because fat takes up more room than muscle.

I just hope he's healthy...

*puts on cap of motherly concern for the dear boy*

He looked good though when they showed him on the bench for that brief couple of seconds. Just as long he can stop pucks.

Don't blame Prusek for Redden's cramp. I thought Prusek played great. Sure it would've been nice if he made two extra saves, but he's just Prusek. He did fine tonight, I thought.

He did ok. But he did screw up on the wrap around. I don't blame him for the loss completely though. ;)

True, Prusek wasn't that bad this game. But I really felt that he should have been sharp the last two minutes- that was the major mistake he made in my opinion, not saving the game's outcome, heck I would have been satisfied with a tie at that point but Prusek and his teammates just screwed it up big time on that second goal- fine the team made that one mistake after that first goal but why didn't they do anything prevent a second goal from occuring- this NJ team destroyed the Stanley Cup dreams of the Sens in the last two minutes of game 7 in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Seriously Redden and Rachunek should never be put against the Devils in the last two minutes from now on- seriously I think they are still reliving that nightmare that they went through in the Corel Centre against the Devils during game 7-. Jacques, why didn't he put Chara-Phillips line or Pothier-Volchenkov line- at least those 4 men might have reacted differently- those two defensive pairs weren't out there in the last two minutes of game 7. If we haven't forgetten the emotions that we went through after game 7, than its obvious that Reds and Racoon likely  haven't forgotten either.
